1. In Person Therapy

What it is

The practice is located in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn, just a five-minute walk from Terwijde station. You’ll meet face to face with a Dutch- or English-speaking psychologist to talk about the mental health challenges you’re facing. We work with adults aged 18 and over, supporting people with personal or work-related difficulties. All sessions are confidential and designed to help you reach your goals.

Why it matters

In-person therapy is available for those who prefer to meet face to face. Meeting in the same room can help you slow down, focus, and connect. A calm setting that supports insight and progress. Alternating between online and in-person sessions provides the right mix of flexibility and connection.

2. Online Therapy

How it works

We meet through secure, easy-to-use video calls on your laptop, tablet, or phone. You and your psychologist can see and hear each other just like in person, but without the need to travel.
