How do I start with sports and therapy?

Register on the program page and then complete the intake form. We'll contact you to start your treatment and training.


Do I need a certain fitness level?

No. The program is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, current fitness level, or ongoing psychological treatment.


Can I participate if I have a medical condition?

Yes. Please inform your personal trainer of any restrictions; the exercises will be adapted so you can train safely and at the right intensity.


How often and how long are the training sessions?

Each session lasts one hour and you can choose from multiple weekly time slots.


How many therapy sessions will I need?

The number of sessions with the psychologist does not limit how often you can train; workouts are unlimited during your treatment.


How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice improvements within the first week, and the effects usually accelerate from week 2 onwards.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

You can do this online; please do so at least 12 hours in advance so the trainer can adjust their schedule.


Will the costs be reimbursed by my health insurance?

Sports classes are not yet covered; psychological treatment sessions are. See the "Reimbursement" section of the website for more information.
